SMAG/Peiner has been represented by Peiner USA, Inc. for over 12 years within the US market place. Different businesses such as Steel Mills, Waste to Energy, Scrap Handling, and numerous other material handling facilities like Bulk Transfer Facilities now utilizing our grabs and buckets to get their tasks done.



Peiner's design philosophy has always revolved around the idea of making grabs which handle the largest volume as opposed to grab dead weight. Normally, the grab and bucket lifting ratio's meaning that 60 percent of material is dead weight vs. 40 percent grab dead weight. This means transporting more quantities of materials faster. The wear and tear on the structure of the crane and its related parts is less. Through a combination of manufacturing with innovative design and high quality materials, the weight ration which is required is attained.



Grab sizes would vary from 1 cubic yard or less to over 50 cubic yards in order to meet the needs of the client. In addition, Peiner USA Inc. offers a complete spare parts facility and service facility for the models sold within the United States, as well as the addition of new buckets and grabs.
