These models usually have vertical reaches of as much as 40 feet or 12 meters with forward reaches of 25 feet or 7 meters, even more. Usually, these models feature a low-profile design and are able to catch through openings as low as 2 meters or 8 feet high, in order to gain access to the interior of a structures. Various configurations are available like for example 4 and 2 wheel steering, as well as 4 wheel crab steering, which means all wheels are turned in the same direction.
